Wed, 08 Jun 2022 DUSTY RASPBERRIES I've been rearranging my office and cleaning up a bunch of additional hardware, accessories and peripherals. During that process I came across 3 extra Raspberry Pi Zeros I didn't even realize I still had. That brings my total Raspberry Pi device number to 5: - Raspberry Pi 4 (4GB) - Raspberry Pi Zero (x2) - Raspberry Pi Zero WH (x2) Wow. That is a lot of pi. SO, WHAT'S THE PLAN? -------------------- My original Pi Zero (the one I whose existence I was _aware_ of) was originally setup as my network's PiHole. I removed it from the network since my Eero systems were acting strangely with it and I didn't have time to troubleshoot. My plan is to take some time this weekend and get that back up-and-running again. As for the other devices - I don't know. It seems a little shady, but I'm seriously considering selling off the RPi4 since the demand for those devices is so high currently. Might as well make some profit off something collecting dust, right? The remaining Pi Zeros I plan to keep around. They are very versatile and give me a lot more options for potential use-cases. I always wanted to play around with the Pi-version of the plan9 operating system... Whatever I decide to do with these devices I'll be sure to write up some detailed article in the main `posts` feed for this site. At the very least my office is cleaner and even more minimal than before.
